Today, we are going to continue looking at what Reconstruction consisted of in the South. Yesterday, we went over the Reconstruction Amendments, or changes to the Constitution, now we are going to see what Southerners did as a reaction to the amendments. Let's take out our notebooks and write a few notes that will focus on Black Codes of the South.
